Sunderban -The Tiger Land and Mangrove forest

Not everyone's dream… The dawn of the new age heralded the arrival of soul-seekers of all ages, in search of temporary adventure or eternal truth in the wild Sunderbans.Hidden away from the city bustle…You will experience a harmonious equilibrium of peace and beauty in our resort, blending with their natural-cum-ecological setting
Sunderbans literally meaning "Beautiful forest" may have been named from abundance of Sundari trees in the mangrove. To get to the Sunderbans national park in India the nearest airport is Calcutta, the nearest railway station is Canning, and the nearest town is Gosaba. One can take 120km ride from EM bypass(taking left from PC chandra gardens opp. Science City) follow the Basanti highway crossing Malancha, taking left from Hospital More(1 km before reaching Basanti dock ghat) crossing Sonakhali bridge to reach Godkhali.
The best time to visit Sunderbans is during winters between December and February.although the park is open round the year. This is the period when the maximum migratory birds can be seen.
